These comprehensive Terms and Conditions govern all purchases of event tickets and pre-paid bookings made for Kabesera Cafe events, whether transacted through the official Kabesera website, physical box office locations, or any other authorized third-party ticketing and booking agent. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the entirety of these terms;
.-----1. General Sales Policy and Conditions of Purchase
The following foundational principles apply to all ticket and booking sales:
- 1.1. Final Sale and Non-Refundability: All transactions are deemed final upon completion. Tickets and pre-paid bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The only exceptions to this policy are explicitly detailed in the event of an official Cancellation (Section 2) or Postponement/Rescheduling (Section 3).
- 1.2. Ticket and Booking Validity: A ticket or booking confirmation grants admission only to the specific event, on the exact date and time, and for the specific seating or reservation area explicitly indicated on the ticket or confirmation document. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their purchase details.
- 1.3. Buyer Responsibility for Loss: Kabesera Cafe shall not be held liable or responsible for replacing tickets or booking confirmations that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged after the initial purchase and delivery. Treating your purchase confirmation as valuable currency is advised.
- 1.4. Purchase Limits: Kabesera Cafe reserves the right to impose limits on the number of tickets or bookings a single customer may purchase for a given event. Any attempt to circumvent these limits through the use of multiple accounts, fraudulent identities, or other means may result in the cancellation of all associated orders without prior notice or refund.
-----2. Policy for Event Cancellation
In the unfortunate event that Kabesera Cafe officially cancels an event, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund, processed according to the original payment method:
- 2.1. Credit/Debit Card Transactions: Refunds for purchases made via credit or debit card will be automatically initiated to the original card used for the transaction. Customers should allow a processing period of approximately one (1) to two (2) weeks from the date of the official cancellation announcement for the credit to reflect in their account statement.
- 2.2. Cash Transactions: For purchases made using cash, the customer is required to formally submit a refund request. This request can be initiated via the Kabesera Customer Care Hotline, at the designated box office, or through a formal email submission. Once the request is approved and verified, processing the cash refund will take approximately two (2) weeks from the date of approval.
- 2.3. Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that certain transactional charges imposed by third parties, such as service fees, convenience fees, and other surcharges, are typically non-refundable and may be retained. Only the face value of the ticket or booking may be subject to refund.
-----3. Policy for Event Postponement or Rescheduling
Should an event be officially postponed or rescheduled to a new date, ticket and booking holders will be provided with the following two options:
- 3.1. Retain Original Purchase: Customers may elect to keep their original ticket or booking confirmation. The original document will automatically remain valid and will be honored for admission on the newly announced date. No further action is required from the customer.
- 3.2. Request a Refund: Alternatively, customers who cannot attend the new date may request a full refund of the ticket face value. To initiate this process, an email must be sent to cafe@kabesera.com. The email must clearly contain the following mandatory information to expedite the request:
- The complete and accurate Event Title.
- The original Order Number or Booking Confirmation Number.
- The explicit Request Type (i.e., "Refund" or "Rebook").
- 3.3. Refund Timeline for Postponement: The processing timeline for approved refunds under a postponement follows the same schedule as cancelled events: one (1) to two (2) weeks for card transactions and approximately two (2) weeks for approved cash refunds.
-----4. Restrictions and Policy Violations
Kabesera Cafe reserves the unequivocal right to enforce these terms and take necessary action against any violations:
- 4.1. Ticket/Order/Booking Cancellation: Kabesera Cafe reserves the right to cancel any tickets, orders, or bookings without providing a refund if the terms of sale are violated. Violations include, but are not limited to, exceeding advertised ticket limits, engaging in fraudulent purchasing activity, unauthorized commercial resale (scalping) of tickets, or providing false information.
- 4.2. Denial of Entry: Event management reserves the absolute right to deny entry to any individual presenting a ticket or booking confirmation that is deemed tampered with, counterfeit, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise invalid. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
- 4.3. Future Purchase Restriction: Customers found to be in violation of these ticketing and booking policies may be subject to a temporary or permanent restriction on all future purchases from Kabesera Cafe.
-----5. Additional Event-Specific Terms and Disclaimers
- 5.1. Review Specific Event Conditions: The terms and conditions outlined herein represent the general policy. Customers are strongly encouraged to always review any specific terms of sale published for individual events, as these may include additional conditions, age restrictions, or special venue rules that supersede general policy.
- 5.2. Subject to Change Disclaimer: Event lineups, featured performers, reserved seating layouts, and published schedules are provisional and are subject to change, alteration, or substitution by the event organizer without prior public notice. Kabesera is not liable for changes in the artistic or logistical elements of the event.
- 5.3. Force Majeure Clause: In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kabesera Cafe (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of God, government regulations, curfews, public health emergencies, or civil unrest), these standard ticketing policies may be temporarily suspended or altered. All matters related to ticketing under a force majeure event will be handled at the sole discretion of Kabesera management.
- 5.4. Compliance with Rules: By purchasing a ticket, the buyer explicitly agrees to fully comply with all established house rules of Kabesera Cafe and the specific rules and regulations of the event organizer while on the premises.
